Terms and Conditions
The owner must ensure that dogs are fully vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worm treatment, proof will be requested.
The owner accepts full responsibility for any accident, loss or damage caused by your pets on your property.
Payments for booking must be in advance or paid on the day of service.
I must be made aware of any characteristics, behaviour or health problems which may make a pet unsuitable for any services.
In the event of your pet/s becoming ill in your absence I will contact you or your nominated emergency contact. If I am unable to contact either I reserve the right to make decisions regarding any emergency treatment.
The owner accepts full responsibility for any fees as a result of this veterinary treatment.
The areas where the pet is allowed/ not allowed in the house must be stated.
Keys must be made available when required.
Cancellations are required 24hrs before for all services except pet sitting where 2 weeks notice is required.
Cancellations not made in this time require full payment for all services except pet sitting where a 15% payment is required.
Any medications must be clearly labelled and written instructions given.
For pet sitting it is expected that you provide enough supplies for the duration of the stay (food, litter, bedding etc), there may be an additional charge if I need replenish these items.
All concerns and complaints must be notified within 24hrs of appointments.
Payment to be made by cash or bank transfer.
